New Client Admin Walk-through

Getting Started

If you were first starting out inside of the software, the first place you would want to start is your Admin module-->Setup-->Getting Started--> Profile page.

Once you are inside of this page, you should be able to enter in your company information, change your logo, site color, and set your business location.

There are also separate tabs located inside of this section that will allow you to edit or add new users, employees, or locations.

Products & Services

After you have setup your basic information, the next step would be to setup the services you are going to be offering. To start, you would want to navigate to your Admin module-->Setup-->Products & Services tab.

Once you are inside, you should be able to see several sections showing inside. Depending on the services you are offering and what modules this user has access to, that would determine what services you are seeing. You would just want to navigate to each service page in order to setup the associated service.

Online Registration

After you have created your services, the next step would be to setup your online registration settings. Inside of your Admin module-->Setup-->Online Registration tab, you are able to set your online registration settings for each service, create custom forms, and edit your registration messages.

Settings

After you have setup your basic information, your services, and your online registration, the last place you can navigate to is your Admin module-->Setup-->Settings page. From inside of these pages you can create new dog breeds, add in vaccines, create custom fields, create new auto-responders, etc.

Once you are finished setting up these different sections inside of your Admin module, you could navigate to a working module (Daycare/Boarding, Training, or Therapy) in order to actually schedule your services.
