Online Registration > Registration Messages

If you ever wanted to show any additional information to clients on the client registration portal, you would just want to navigate to your Admin module-->Setup-->Online Registration--> Registrations Messages page. Once you are inside of this page, you would just want to add your message to the appropriate section. Below is a description of where each of those messages would appear:

Contact Us Main Message: This message will show at the top of the 'contact us' page in the Client Registration Portal.

Client Registration: Email Lookup Page: This message will show at the top of the initial registration page in the Client Registration Portal. This is where the client will first enter their email address to verify they do not already have an account.

Client Registration: Client Registration Page: This message will show at the top of the registration page in the Client Registration Portal. This is the page where the client will enter all of their information to create their account.

Client Registration: Family Section: This message will show at the top of the 'family' section if you have that option turned on. This is where the client can enter information about additional family members in their household including other pets that are not in the system.

Client Registration: Mailing List Sign-up: This message will show at the top of the 'mailing list' section if you have that option turned on. This is where the client can choose which one of your mailing lists they would like to subscribe to.

Account Updated: 'Thank You' Message: This message will show at the top of the account page when the client updates their information.

Client Login: Login Page Message: This message will be displayed at the top of the client login page in the Client Registration Portal.

Client Login: Password Reset Page: This message will be displayed at the top of the password reset page in the Client Registration Portal.

General Registration: Waiver Page Message: This message will show at the top of the waiver page in the Client Registration Portal.

General Registration: 'Thank You' Message: This message will show at the top of the account page when the client completes an online registration.

Class Registration: Main Page Message: This message will be displayed at the top of the Classes page in the Client Registration Portal.

Event Registration: Main Page Message: This message will be displayed at the top of the Events page in the Client Registration Portal.

Private Training Registration: Openings Tab: This message will be displayed at the top of the Openings view of the Private Training page in the Client Registration Portal.

Private Training Registration: Services Tab: This message will be displayed at the top of the Services view of the Private Training page in the Client Registration Portal.

Private Training Registration: Employees Tab: This message will be displayed at the top of the Employees view of the Private Training page in the Client Registration Portal.

Private Training Registration: Scheduling Message: This message will be display at the top of the page after a client has chosen an opening for private training in the Client Registration Portal.

Therapy Registration: Openings Tab: This message will be displayed at the top of the Openings view of the Therapy page in the Client Registration Portal.

Therapy Registration: Services Tab: This message will be displayed at the top of the Services view of the Therapy page in the Client Registration Portal.

Therapy Registration: Employees Tab: This message will be displayed at the top of the Employees view of the Therapy page in the Client Registration Portal.

Therapy Registration: Scheduling Message: This message will be display at the top of the page after a client has chosen an opening for therapy on the Client Registration Portal.

Daycare Registration: Main Page Message: This message will be displayed at the top of the Daycare page in the Client Registration Portal.

Daycare Registration: Date Full/Wait List Message: This message will be displayed at the top of the Openings view of the Therapy page once a client attempts to register for a date that is full.

Boarding Registration: Main Page Message: This message will be displayed at the top of the Boarding page in the Client Registration Portal.

Packages: Main Page Message: This message will be displayed at the top of the Packages page in the Client Registration Portal.

Checkout: Bottom of Cart Page (before checkout): This message will be displayed at the bottom of the cart page before the client starts the checkout process.

Checkout: Top of Cart Page: This message will be displayed at the top of the cart page.

Checkout: Bottom of Cart Page: This message will be displayed at the bottom of the cart page.
