Setting Up BluePay CardConnect Clover
In order to integrate your new BluePay CardConnect CardPointe Clover account with DogBizPro, there are two important pieces of information necessary to have the payment gateway handle your transactions. The Account ID and Secret Key. These values may be found in BluePay, which is a separate login from CardPointe. You should be able to find the login for BluePay from the CardConnect website in the same log in menu as CardConnect.
When you are signed into BluePay there should be an Admin section in the navigation column. You should find your account in the Account list and then click on it. At the top of the page there should be a section for Account Information. Find the Account ID number, that is the first value you will need to input into DogBizPro.
Further down the page there should be a section for Website Integration. You may need to create a new Secret Key if one does not already exist. This key should be a combination of letters and numbers.
When you have both the account id number and the secret key, go to the admin module in DogBizPro and find the payment settings on the Online Registration Configuration page. There should be a section for merchant account and when the radio button for BluePay is selected you should be able to save the Account ID and Secret Key. Make sure to save!
