Why are my emails not getting sent?
 
If you are having trouble sending emails, one of the big areas you will want to check is your email verification. To check this you will want to go to your Admin module-->Setup-->Getting Started-->Email Settings & Verification.

You will want to make sure you have email verification setup inside of DogBIzPro. Without having email verification setup, you have an increased chance of having your emails blocked by many of the big email providers. This can cause many of your emails and auto-responders to actually not show inside to the client's inbox, because again they are getting blocked by that email provider.
