Calendar Color Coding

You now have the ability to change the color of your events in the different modules. To change the way the calendar events are color coded, go to your 'My Account' page. Once there scroll down to the 'My Calendar Settings' section. There you will find options for the different module calendars.

Training Module Calendar

Event Type / Class Type / Private Training Sign-up Option

This is the default option which will display the events based on the colors you set for the event/class types (Admin -> Setup -> Settings -> Event Types) and the private training sign-up options (Admin -> Setup -> Products & Services -> Private Training). 

Event Type / Class / Private Training Sign-up Option

This option will display the events based on the colors you set for the event types (Admin -> Setup -> Settings -> Event Types), classes (Admin -> Setup -> Products & Services -> Classes) and the private training sign-up options (Admin -> Setup -> Products & Services -> Private Training). 

Location

This option will display the events based on the color for the location where that event is scheduled. If there is not a scheduled location then that event will not have a color.

Instructor

This option will display the events based on the color for the assigned instructor. If there is not a  assigned instructor then that event will not have a color.
