Get an IPN (Instant Payment Notification) History Record

How Do I Find the IPN History Records?

1. Login to your PayPal account.
2. Go to History -> IPN History.
3. Enter the search criteria and click Search.

What Do I Need to Send You?

1. Once you have located the record in question, click on the 'Message ID'. 
2. On the next page, highlight everything in the IPN Message box and copy that. 
3. Paste that into an email to send to us.
