Creating a Client Invoice

To create an invoice for a client:

  1. Find the client for which you wish to create the invoice.
  2. Click the Add an Invoice icon
  3. Enter the due date and memo for this invoice.
  4. Check the boxes next to the transactions you want to include on this invoice.
  5. Click Save.

To edit an existing invoice:

  1. Find the client for which you wish to create the invoice.
  2. Go to the Register tab and click to view Invoices.
  3. Click on the three line icon next to the invoice you wish to edit.
  4. From the icon list, click the Edit Client Invoice icon
  5. Make any needed changes.
  6. Click Save.
