Daycare Checkin & Special Fields

Daycare Check-in

We have added a few things to the Daycare check-in screens. When you check the dog in, you can choose to bill the client or use a credit if they have one available (assuming the client has not been billed yet). When you go to check the dog out for the day, you will see whether the client was billed for this day's service and/or if a credit was used.

Special Daycare Fields

We have also added the ability for you to choose up to 3 custom fields (either client or dog) that will display on the Daycare check-in screens. You can navigate to the Admin module--> Setup--> Products & Services--> Daycare page in order to set those up. Once you select your fields, they will show on the check-in screens and the daily attendance printout.
