Settings > Event Types

Here you can customize the event types in your system. You can change the color that is used on the calendar as well as add or remove certain event types. There are several event types that are built-in (listed below) to the system. These event types have the logic behind them that make the program work. While you can rename these event types and inactivate them you cannot delete them. Renaming or creating other event types, for a class for example, will not make that new event type function like the built-in Class type. In order to schedule a class you will need to use the built-in Class Event Type. The same holds true for the other built-in Event Types noted here.

Class & Mini Class: This is a built-in event type used to schedule standard classes, meaning classes that have a specific start and end date with a recurring structure that can be easily defined.

Modularized Class: This is a built-in event type type used for classes that are of an on-going nature, where clients can start on any week, complete the specified number of sessions and then graduate.

Private Training: This is a built-in event type used when clients register under the Private Training tab in the Client Registration Portal. You can also create events of this type on your own calendar.

Open Slot: This is a built-in event type used to allow clients to register for specific time slots within a single event. Click here for more information.
