Setting Up Boarding Options

To add a new boarding option:

  1. Navigate to the Admin Module--> Setup--> Products & Services--> Boarding page.
  2. Below the calendar are the Sign-Up Options. Click New to the right of Sign-Up Options.
  3. Fill out the information for the new option.
  4. Click Save.


To edit an existing boarding option:

  1. Navigate to the Admin Module--> Setup--> Products & Services--> Boarding page.
  2. Click on the option title.
  3. Make any needed changes to the information.
  4. Click Save.


​Sign-Up Option Fields

  1. Name: This is the name of the option. This will be displayed for the client to select.
  2. Cost: This is the cost that the client will be charged when they sign-up for this option.
  3. Duration: This is the length of time that will be blocked off for this option.
  4. Description: This is the detailed description that will be displayed to the client so they know what they are signing up for.
  5. Color: This will determine the color your scheduled daycare appointments will appear in when you are viewing your Daycare/Boarding module calendar.
  6. Bill: This will determine how you want to bill the client. Earlier you had set your cost, now with this option, you can determine how clients are billed for this option.
    1. By Day: When the By Day option is chosen, your client would be charged a portion of the cost amount based off the sign-up option duration and each additional day they had stayed. This is the default bill option for boarding.
    2. By Hour: When the By Hour option is chosen, your client would be charged a portion of the cost amount based off the sign-up option duration and each additional hour they had stayed.
    3. By Minute: When the By Minute option is chosen, your client would be charged a portion of the cost amount based off the sign-up option duration and each additional minute they had stayed.
  7. Client Form: Here you can select one of the custom Registration Forms you have created in the system to gather more information about the client. This form will only be displayed for this particular sign-up option.
  8. Dog Form: Here you can select one of the custom Registration Forms you have created in the system to gather more information about the dog. This form will only be displayed for this particular sign-up option.
  9. Registration Auto-Responder: Here you can select one of the Auto-Responders you have created. This auto-responder will only be sent for this particular sign-up option.
  10. Confirmation Auto-Responder: Here you can select one of the Auto-Responders you have created. This auto-responder will only be sent for this particular sign-up option.
