Working With Reminders


You can create reminders for any tasks you do not want to schedule on the calendar. Reminders are just a simple way to keep track of your todo list.
 

To add a new reminder:

  1. Navigate to the Calendar tab in the Training, Daycare/Boarding or Therapy module.
  2. Click New above the Reminders section.
  3. Fill out the information for the reminder.
  4. Click Save.
 

To edit an existing reminder:

  1. Navigate to the Calendar tab in the Training, Daycare/Boarding or Therapy module.
  2. Click on the reminder you wish to edit.
  3. Make any needed changes to the information.
  4. Click Save.
 

To delete an existing reminder:

  1. Navigate to the Calendar tab in the Training, Daycare/Boarding or Therapy module.
  2. Click on the reminder you wish to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
 

To view all reminders:

  1. Navigate to the Calendar tab in the Training, Daycare/Boarding or Therapy module.
  2. Click on View All.
  3. On the next page you will see all of the reminders assigned to 'None' or your UserID.
